4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept secure online payment methods, including major credit/debit cards and PayFast. Orders are processed after payment is successfully received.
5. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1β3 business days. Delivery timelines depend on location and chosen courier service. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Emplex Investments is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns & Refunds
To request a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items (such as opened food products) may be non-returnable for health and safety reasons. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Sale items are non-refundable. If an item is faulty or not as described, you may be eligible for a full refund, including shipping.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items that are defective or damaged on arrival. To arrange an exchange, email support@emplexinvsts.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue.
8. Gift Policy
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, returns may be processed for store credit or exchanged. If it was not marked as a gift, refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
