Return & Refund Policy – Emplex Investments

1. Returns
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened food products (e.g., opened nut packs) cannot be returned for safety reasons, unless defective.

3. Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges
We replace items if they’re defective or damaged. Email us with your order number and photos.

5. Sale Items
Discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.
